  • WEDNESDAYS @ 5:30PM (all level)

    FRIDAYS @ 1:00 (beginner level)

    $17-25 sliding scale

Warm up --> across the floor drills for joint conditioning and mobility --> choreography sequence! In this class we explore an array of choreographic styles, finding flow through the introduction of new textures, musicality, and movement qualities.

*Physical prompts may include getting up and down from the floor repetitively, as well as bearing weight on our hands/wrists and knees. Knee pads or wrist braces have been helpful for some students! Modifications are available.

  • TUESDAYS @ 7PM

    $17-25 sliding scale

This class introduces floor work tricks and sequences along with principles of modern dance. Pants and/or knee pads are helpful! We typically have some extra at the studio. This class involves learning to build "rolling surfaces" between your body and the floor, some of which may result in bruising or calluses. Each sequence has several "off-ramps" so students can work towards the next level at their own pace while gaining the necessary strength and coordination. This is an all levels class best suited for intermediate movers.

  • CURRENTLY PAUSED.

    $10-16 sliding scale.

A guided, full body deep-stretch for dancers looking to gain strength and flexibility while honoring their joints, with sensitivity to any injuries.

  • THURSDAYS @ 4:30PM

    FRIDAYS @ 12PM

    $17-25 sliding scale

In this weekly technique ritual we study and practice the best parts of classical technique within a joy-centered & injury preventative space. This will include terminology, musicality, and alignment. Suitable for beginners and trained dancers: this is an all levels class.

  • FRIDAY @ 9:30AM

    $17-25 sliding scale

Foundational dance skills: allignment & terminology. This class starts from complete scratch and fine tunes the basics. Suitable for total beginners with little or no dance training history.

  • WEDNESDAYS @ 6:30PM

Improvisational games, movement prompts, composition exercises. Learn to harness your skills and creativity to tell a story or channel emotion with movement.
